Meet Robert Fellows Widely regarded as one of the region's most successful plaintiff's attorneys, Rob Fellows is the firm's managing partner. Rob brings more than 30 years of experience and legal skill to the courtroom and to his clients, where his reputation for meticulous attention to detail, dogged preparation, and aggressive advocacy has gained him the respect of colleagues, judges, and adversaries alike.
Superlative Client Service Rob believes that the firm's strong connections with its clients are a major factor in its success. He says, "We take the time to get to know our clients as people, beyond the facts of their case. We learn as much as possible about how being seriously injured has affected them and their family, not just physically but also emotionally. Since our focus is on getting our clients the maximum benefit, we need to understand the impact on the whole person. Clients tell us, 'You're not a typical lawyer because you take the time to speak with me.' Our clients know they really matter to us."
Challenging Cases Rob makes the point that the firm has both the resources and a network of experts that enable it to accept challenging cases. He stresses that he and his colleagues are always ready to go to court, but that 95 percent of cases are resolved before trial or, if a case does go to trial, before the verdict is in. Rob explains, "We prepare fully and thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. So we are able to negotiate from a position of strength and obtain substantial settlements for our clients."
Background and Honors Robert Fellows received his B.A. in Political Science Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University, where he was named to Sigma Kappa Alpha for the Distinguished Achievement in Liberal Arts Award. He earned his Juris Doctor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he was selected for the Buffal
